Professional
info
I bring over 20 years of experience working alongside children and families, advocating for new policies and funding, and helping to develop and professionalize the early childhood workforce. My early career in Boston presented opportunities to work in direct services as a teacher and administrator with Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Prior to moving into consulting services, I worked for over a decade at Child360, a nonprofit based in Los Angeles whose mission is to strengthen program quality at early learning sites through workforce development, family engagement and promote access and program excellence through partnerships and advocacy.

With experience in the public and non-profit space, I have designed and implemented specialized strategic programs in support of optimizing children's development with a concentration on workforce development initiatives. Program development, strategic partnerships, grant development and management, and systems building are some of the broad projects I have contributed my skills, expertise, and knowledge.
