Lompoc Early Learning Project | Prenatal - 3 System Planning and Implementation|

The Lompoc Early Learning Project is a 10-year plan for the community of Lompoc, CA to create a continuum of learning for young, at-risk children, prepare them for Kindergarten, and support their families. As a collaborator with Eileen Monahan Consulting, I supported the development of the plan in its earliest stages. Now in Year 1 of implementation, I worked on various marketing strategies such as the logo design, website updates, and marketing materials. I am drafting a Planning Guide for the project's Prenatal - 3 Readiness Network, a professional learning community to share collective responsibility for the learning of all children within the prenatal-3 system.

Space of Mind | Coaching & Programming Consultation |

Space of Mind (SOM), a social homeschooling program based out of South Florida, was looking to respond to the increased demand for homeschooling programming with the COVID-19 pandemic effecting the children of the United States. With this project, I helped to conceptualize and formalize the company's coaching model. leveraging best practices and the company's philosophy. In addition, I consulted on the development of an assessment platform for students in order to individualize their learning using a strengths-based approach. ​ The final element of the project was supporting the development of the 2020-21 curriculum for students K - 12.

As a subcontractor of LA Financial Management, I assisted with the market research design and development of the client's business plan. I analyzed research data and helped to formulate recommendations on the viability of a new business venture in order to inform the client's business plan.
